This kmart oak cabinet transformation definitely it's one of my favourite diys I have done. I loved the cabinet but I definitely didn't want the glass doors so I had this idea using table runners and the paint and I'm so glad I went ahead and did .

It turned out amazing and I'm in love . I wanted something to put in this space for all my tv devices like Foxtel, internet etc and this cabinet couldn't be any more perfect for it.

Cabinet before

I have put all instructions in the reel but always happy to answer any questions. The little marble bowls I used as the legs are from target and handles are from bunnings ( I know Kmart sells the leather handles too but my Kmart was sold out) .

COST: $180 ( all material including cabinet )

Material used :

. Porters paint in popcorn colour

. Microfibre roller / paint brush

. 2 cloth table runners from pillow talk

. 4 marble bowls from target for the legs

. 1 mod pogde glue from spotlight or any craft store

. 2 leather handles

. 1 kmart oak cabinet

I didn't use my spray paint machine in this project to show you all it can be achieved just doing it by roller. And you can also apply a top coat of feast _watson stain to prevent any scratches to the cabinet and protect the paint.
