What I used for this project:
Lamp base from Homesense
Large Salad bowl from Ikea
Paint - 'Delicately Dark' by Elle Decorations & a matt white emulsion (tester pot sizes are enough for this project)
Chrome spray paint by Rust Oleum
A small furniture pad for the little detail on top
Kitchen sponge to apply the paint
Masking tape
