Are you drawn to white, light and bright spaces with elements of warmth? A coastal vibe may be what you are looking for. When designing my home, the kitchen was the most important room as this is where I spend most of my time as a busy mum of 3 small children who need constant snacks! I designed this space with all white bones. I wanted the walls and cabinetry to be seamless and by incorporating a window splashback and large stacker doors this allows an abundance of natural light to stream in.
To soften the space and to avoid that clincal feel, I paired the white with brushed brass fixtures and brought in alot of warmth with the use of timber, rattan and simple decor pieces. I'm a minimalist when it comes to kitchens so choose to style with a few statement pieces. Here all I have used is some simple styling boards and vase with some fresh foliage.
